This place frequently has long lines and chaotic at the front. A Taiwanese hostess wearing a mask has been working there for over a decade. I have always been courteous with her even though she frequently made us wait. They recently started to take reservations on open table. So we showed up 10 minutes before our reservation tonight and there was an empty table, she told us we didn't make our reservation in advance enough and we were early, so we had to wait. I trusted her thinking she didn't put us at the empty table probably due to lacking of staff except she put 2 people who came after us at the empty table. When I questioned her, instead of owning up to her mistake, she started making excuses such as you came before you reservation time, I said but you had an empty table then she said she wanted to make sure there's enough staff. I responded why did you put someone else at that table then and she said because they were seven stars and I said we were seven stars too and why couldn't you ask us. She reluctantly semi apologized. As I was confronting her, other customer who had to wait due to her not knowing what she was doing was applauding me. I'd rather believe she frequent

Service was excellent but not trueful. I order the shrimp fried rice. I was told it come with jumbo shrimp, and paid 10.00 for extra shrimp. The rice came with salad shrimp. I would have been satisfied if they were medium shrimp. I was very disappointed. Be honest and let me decide. I would have been more understanding because it was close to closing.

Food was good and staff were friendly! My issue was the price I paid! Orange Beef($39)Sauce on the side, Shrimp fried rice ($26) and fried dumplings ($13) bill was $82 without tip after taxes $97 total with tip.

Stopped in here before a concert and I was seated immediately and my waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Mandarin Beef Stew Noodle. It came out in a reasonable amount of time. It was good the meat was soft and pretty much melted in your mouth. The noodles was soft and easy to eat. The broth wasn't salty enough for me but it didn't ruin the meal itself
